China produces the most pumpkins among other countries. It’s got about 28% in the world. The second place in India. Russia, Ukraine, and the USA produce a big amount of pumpkins as well. You already know Chinese people have a thinner body than others. I think the main reason for it is their meals. They always eat fresh vegetables and meat. Boiled pumpkin is one of their favorite foods.
Benefits of eating pumpkins
Pumpkins are the main source of vitamin A. Vitamin A helps humans to get sharper vision. Seems like pumpkin is a weight boost food. Because it’s like carbohydrate food. It is a wrong opinion. Pumpkin is a weight loss of vegetables. You can add it to your diet plan too. Mainly it has potassium, copper, vitamin k and c, protein, and fiber. High Antioxidant content helps to reduce many diseases. And also it helps to improve eyesight and keep youthful skin, reducing the risk of cancers too. Pumpkin is one of the richest sources of Beta carotene which reduces the risk of cancer. Potassium, Vitamin C and fiber help maintain blood pressure at a normal level. At present high, many people die due to blood pleasure. Vitamin K helps to give protection against osteoporosis. You can strengthen bones. It is low in calories, cholesterol, sodium, and saturated fat. Now whoever reads this knows what the advantages can get who eat pumpkins. It’s like medicine for our bodies.
What bad of eating pumpkins
There is a famous saying among us that anything is not enough too much. This saying also applies to pumpkins too. Because someone eats this too much there is a possibility to occurs gas and bloating. You already know fiber helps bulk up the stool. But someone eats a lot of pumpkin seeds he will suffer from constipation. And also we make soups, juices and chips using oil, sugar and coconut milk. Because of oil and sugar, some diseases will stay with us. My opinion is many natural vegetables and fruits are good for our health, but people add various flowers, oils and many things to increase their taste. They get rice and add various oils and flavors. After it becomes fried rice. Those things are not good for human health, not that of vegetables, fruit, or grains. So, remember these things too.
How to cook pumpkins for diet plan
The easiest way to cook a pumpkin is just boiling it and eating it with some salt. And we can cook it by adding salt, pepper, and putting it into the oven. Some people make soup to get in the winter season. In Asia, we can see people eat pumpkin as a curry with rice, dosa, or something. It is very tasty too. They cut pumpkins into small pieces and add coconut milk, salt, some ingredients and cook it. I don’t recommend that meal for a diet plan, because coconut milk can increase our cholesterol level. And also we can easily consume pumpkin seeds our regular for keeping good health. Eating pumpkin seeds every day is a good way to get a healthy life. Because as an apricot, seeds are full of nutrition too.
Make a creamy pumpkin soup
First, get two tablespoons of olive oil and put it into the pan. Then cut an onion into small pieces and put them also. Now saute well a minute. You can see onion shrinks. Then add garlic, pumpkins, salt, and pepper. Now saute again. Add two cups of water and mix well. Then cover the pan and let it boil for 15 minutes. Now it is cooked completely. Then take it and blend it smooth. Take it and bring it to a cup. After adding some cream and a bit of pepper you can enjoy your creamy pumpkin soup. And also you can try pumpkin curry and salad.
How to plant a pumpkin in my garden
If we buy a vegetable from the market everyone already knows there are insecticides and herbicides added to every plant. Because farmers grow them to sell on a large scale. But we can plant it in our garden without any poisons. When you cook a pumpkin please keep the seeds. After drying it for a few days. You can plant them now. Put water every day. Then you can see a small yellow flower tassel shaped like an umbrella. Its become a beautiful flower. After a few months, you can see pumpkins in your vine. The best thing is it’s free and secured.
