Because of improves body immunity we can save from many diseases. And also reduce the risk of osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, and cancers. It helps to get strong bones, nails, teeth, and hair.
What bad of eating more mushrooms
Eating more mushrooms is not good for health. Some mushrooms can create stomach problems. It will cause vomiting and diarrhea. Sometimes it will because of skin problems like rashes. This problem affects only some people. Mushrooms not good for pregnant women. We can divide into three categories all foods. They are cold, hot, and medium foods. This cold means not about the external temperature of the food. It’s about how those foods affect our bodies. However, I want to mention mushrooms are hot food. Therefore it not good for pregnant women. Prawns, squid, cherries, peaches are hot foods. Watermelon, oranges, pears are cool foods. Eating too much of those foods can bring some diseases for you. Include mushrooms.
Add mushrooms to your diet
Mushrooms low in calories. IT can reduce your weight quickly. But like other vegetables, we can’t eat every day and twice or thrice for a day. It’s better to get 3 or 4 times a week. If you are a European or American person I recommend mushroom soup. In Asia, it’s better to make a mushroom curry. It’s tastes like chicken curry. Make a cream of mushroom soup
At present we can buy everything from the market. Now there are mushroom soup powder packets in shops. You can easily make soup just by adding milk with this powder. But I’m going to tell you how to make a cream of mushroom soup using natural mushrooms. We can buy that mushroom packets also from the market. First, you must cut to small pieces that mushrooms. Get water, butter, cream, salt, pepper, wheat powder, and cow’s milk, cut 6 small onions and one big onion, garlic, coconut oil, and chopped parsley. First, get 2 tablespoons of butter and half a spoon of oil and put the item in the pan. After 2 minutes add 3 pieces of garlic and all cut onions. Grow mushrooms
It’s not easy to plant like other vegetables. You must reserve a special room for it. And also you have to find some materials. For commercial purposes, you can grow mushroom on a large scale.
