Hot weather is suitable for growing it. But too much heat isn’t good for it too. Therefore bean growing countries get this fact to their cultivation industry.

Fiber helps in remove stools from our bodies. Therefore too many beans can cause constipation. It does not cause any other side effects other than those minor side effects.
Make a bean salad for diet.
Many dishes can make using beans. For a diet, better to eat salad. It’s very easy to make it. First, you have to bring a bean pod. It’s better if beans are freshly picked or bought from the market. Now heat until the water boils. Boil that beans from steam for 5 minutes. Then cut tomatoes, chilies, onions, and put them all on a plate. And also you have to add pepper, salt too. Now cut that bean pods into small pieces about 2 cm and mix them all. You can taste your salad now. This is a very good dish for diet.
Asian people cook beans as a curry. They use coconut milk and other ingredients. Those are Pepper, garlic, chilies powder, salt, etc. This curry is not good for a diet. Because o coconut milk, your cholesterol level will increase.

It’s better to make a mixture first. It will better than normal soil. Bring compost, peat moss, and vermiculite equally. Now grow dry bean seeds and add water day by day. You can see bean plants are growing slowly. After a few months, you can take your first bean pods.
